[Resolved]  Tikona — Not Refund my Money

My Tikona Wi-Fi Bro Installed on 02/09/2010 but there technical reason it is started on 04/09/2010. Tikona Wi-Fi Bro service installed with CB49 plan and I applied to change in Unlimited 499 plan on 06/09/2010. But Tikona Service Center not changed my plane till 15/10/10. I Complaint many times in Tikona Customer Care but they don’t changed my plane. I also apply for Tikona Wi-Fi Modem on 10/09/2010 but as usual Tikona not give me Wi-Fi Modem.

This Bill includes also following mistake.
1. It included 75 Rs. For WI-Fi Modem which is not installed.
2. They Include 500 Rs Installation Charges which I already paid by cheque as on 02/09/2010 and cheque no. is 088811. (they include it for increase bill amount illegal)
3. No Modem rental (Nano Station Modem) required for my services.
4. Increased Service Tax with not valid amount mention.

Tikona Broadband Service send me Illegal Bill to me. I Contact to Customer care but The customer care center staff are very robotic & not at all customer friendly & seem to justify their poor services.I am totally disgusted with their services & contemplating a terminating the subscription.
I disconnect the tikona service and tell to refund my money Rs. 500 (which is refundable). But they don’t refund. And disconnect my call.

I am Sunil Singh Negi.
Mam, seven months ago I taken your internet service, but
unfortunately I can never use it because the signal was not working
properly, but I paid Installation charges (Rs 500) and last time I
could mail your customer care on dated 21 august, 2010. But I never
get favourable response and this time your company not refund my money
I gone through the consumer court because I had recieve an email by
your customer care

I know your refundable policy within 45 days to complete but my refund
is not completed after 7 months, so I kindly request please refund my
charges ASAP.
