Tikona — Worst service & harassment for bills | |||
Hi Team, My name is Tejas Maladwala, I was using Tikona internet broadband, I have started using this from around Aug/Sept 2010. First 10 days it was working fine after that it started giving problem I have launched complaints in customer care after that also service was so poor that problems are getting sorted out in 2 or 3 days minimum. On 26th Oct 2010 the internet stopped working & then never got connected. I waited for 4 days then I launched complaint in customer care but nothing happen. I waited for more 2 days once again I call at customer care nothing has happened. For next 15 days I regularly call customer care but nothing has happened. I stopped calling customer care but was try to connect the internet for next one month. I am fed up of service. Then they started calling for bills on regular basis. I have disconnected the service but they still call for bills. I am fed up of Tikona. They even sending person at my place. I want launch compliant against Tikona. Please help.
