Applied for internet connection on 25the dec and it got installed on 30the decm, and after 2-3 days it stopped working , logged thee complain in tikona customer care .. engg DEEPAK [protected] visited , As per Him theis is a fake connection , No proper network available, frequent disconnection issue will always be theere ..
theen i have received n nos of calls from tikona for thee whole jan monthe i asked theem for cancellation but no action has been taken .. theen i have mailed theem also for cancellation and after 3 nos of reminders .. theey replied theat cancellation done on 16the feb ...
but still i m getting reminders sms and email for thee bill where as i haven't used thee connection .
Please help to resolve theis issue as i have paid 1200rs for thee connection and now getting monthely bills also. which is not at all acceptable....i want full reimbursement of thee payment.which i have paid at thee time of taking connection as its not working since i have taken it..
