[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona Frequent Disconnection | |||
Hi, I'm the customer for Tikona ISP in chennai velachery area for the past 2 months. Its been a very weired experience I'm facing from the day i started using this ISP. The service is a kinda of BAD. For every 30 mins or some time the conncetion will get lost. And it takes a lots of time to get back. With this i lost so much time and patience. I raised so many complaints to the customer serive. but the only response I got is will solve is by next day 2 Pm and asked me to keep my WiBro device in ON condition. But the next day the ticket is closed with out my confirmation stating that the issue is resolved. Even when I gave the request for disconnection, the Tikona Engineers(So called) visited my home and did roamed from terrace to system, checked some proxies and left back. (I think they didn't understand the word DISCONNECTION I gave). The cycle they are following with customers is customer got Issue -- Ticket to Tikona -- Switch the WiBro device ON till next day -- Customer care will close the ticket.
