sir i am puspendera from gurgaon i hav apply a tikona wi-fi brodband connection on 06 oct 2010 on 7 oct 2010 they provide my user id & password but for installation i have to do many complaint. after many complaint my instlataion complet on 21oct2010 after 2-3 day it has stop working.on complaint they give 15 days time to resolve this problem after 15 day (9-nov-2010) same problem(there are no connectivity).they connet me to another AP. but after 2-3 day same problem(no connectivity)12-nov-2010.they give me more 15 dayes.after 15 days same problen(no connectivity).the senior officers(area manager) don't pick my call.on custmor care they put my call on hold & no reply . First of all, there always a long wait if one wants to talk to their customer service who just make false promises and make mockery of word "customer service"..
Either there is no connectivity at all or the speed is about less than two-thirds of the promised speed.
i have made 20 calls to them in last 20 days but they do not seem to care and dont take any action.
