[Resolved] Tikona — no action on defunct internet | |||
my consumer id is[protected] for tikona internet service. Since[protected] my internet service is disrupted . On october 18 I made a complaint to tikona no. [protected]. They assured me to get it repaired maximum within 8 hours. When I could not get the remedy , on October again I made repeated complaints to the same number. They again assured me that it shall be repaired within 4 hours and one technician named Ankit has been assigned for this job. So called Ankit did not turn up then I again dialled them at around 8 pm. They promised me to provide redressal next day. and today on 20-10-11 around 5 times I have called their called center . yet all along the day my internet could not be repaired. I am sufferning a lot due to non availability of internet services at my residence. I have also incurred financial loss due to the disrupted internet service. Internet service providers are callous and careless in their attitude. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same things has been done with me. Service of tikona is too bad in Faridabad region...My internet problem has been solved in 13-14 days...I have also incurred financial loss due to the disrupted internet service. Internet service providers are callous and careless in their attitude.
Second one when i do call to customer care they say that we will call you within 2-4 hour but call back never come from customer care. and they disconnect or transferred call to different department when i want talk to senior.

Tikona Digital Network — Defunct Internet
It is beyond my imagination that how callous an organization may be. My Tikona digital network consumer id is [protected]. Since October 18 last I have made repeated calls to them at [protected]. Even today they repeated the same story that an engineer has been assigned the task of repairing your internet and we have put your complaint at priority. But it is of no avail. My complaint no is1-[protected]. I have incurred multiple kind of loss due to non availability of internet at my home. I am not in condition to get another connection immidiately. I am feeling very helpless due to the attitude of Tikona people. I want to thank Tikona for my Refund cheque of full amount. On 3 Aug 2011 I have applied for Tikona ULNTD799 plan and paid installation charges to sales guy, but the installation guy told me that there is no feasibility at my place, so I raised disconnection request. I wasn’t expecting the refund to come to me on time, but to my surprise after 30 days I got my refund cheque. I wish my location was feasible, hope it would be in future as I have good review about their network speed.

I want to thank Tikona for my Refund cheque of full amount. On 3 Aug 2011 I have applied for Tikona ULNTD799 plan and paid installation charges to sales guy, but the installation guy told me that there is no feasibility at my place, so I raised disconnection request. I wasn’t expecting the refund to come to me on time, but to my surprise after 30 days I got my refund cheque. I wish my location was feasible, hope it would be in future as I have good review about their network speed.
