Tikona digital Networks Broadband — Poor Service standards | |||
tikona had assured for wireless connectivty for broadband connection. All the payment was also taken in advance with commitment that connection will be wireless. As agreed, my broadband connection is activated on 02.08.2011 but without wireless but with cable. Till date I am following up with Tikona cistomer Care for activation of wireless connectivity but tikona is not taking any action on my call. not only yhe customer care but the Mubai nodal Officer is also not responding to the escalation grievances and my complaints. Neither there is any action nor any response to my grievance. the matter may please be take up appropriately for justice to customer needs and action as deemed for defaulting the commitments given to customers.
