I have used tikona for about 6 months.The mode of payment which they asked me was to drop cheques in the atm drop boxes. The first 2 months, i dint face any problem. But a month after that, i got a call from the customer care saying that they dint receive the payment. Since then they disconnected my service. When i told them that i paid them as the same way that i do every month, they asked me for my bank account statement as a proof for my payment. As instructed, i gave it to them. They said that my problem would be rectified. But even for the next payment it happened the same. Again i submitted another statement and their reply was the same, that my problem would be rectified. Since i was not satisfied with their service, i made a request for the disconnection of my service. They said they would disconnect within a week. But i dint receive any calls in 15 days, so i called them again. They gave me the same reply once again, asked me to wait for one more week.
They made me wait for another 10 days, by this time my bill for another month was sent to me. They have disconnected my service for this whole month and they charged me with a bill even though they disconnected my service. This is the third month that i got a bill, now my total amount is 2000 rupees. Now they demand that for their equipment to be removed, i.e for these billings to be stopped i have to pay them the amount so that i wont be charged with any money from the next month. Inspite of my request for disconnection, because of their negligence to act upon it, now im the person who has to suffer for that. But why should i pay, when my account has not been active.!!!! This absolute scam. Please help me to find a way out of it.
