[Resolved] Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd — Service failure | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I represent my company called Saksham Systems & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We are using internet services from Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. and under their service agreement they agreed to provide us static IP with internet services. Being a software service provider, it's very important for us have STATIC IP. We have requested for this Static IP on 21st of September '11 but still has not been supplied by them. Here is complain No.: 1-[protected] Our account Tikona cust Id is: [protected] We have requested them for the same 4 times by phone, 2 times by email but nothing comes out from them only one word, "Sir your request will be looked into with in 48 hours". that's it.
