I am using tikona connection [protected] since last one year. Connection owner is my elder brother, who is living in Pune. From last 5-6 months, I am getting bad service from tikona eventhough I have taken follow-up with customer and their engineer.Last one month, I was unable to use the service due to signal strength problem at my location.I called up customer care 7-8 times, also mail follow-up done but issue have not resolved.Ultimately I requested my elder brother Jagannath to send request to close the connection as I can not pay for bad service.Currently connection is suspended but I am getting message from tikona to pay bill for last month Aug2011.
