[Resolved] Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd — NOC | |||
I have used tikona internet till end of January.Now i have shifted to mtnl 3 months back.During my last payment i have asked them to close my account.But they have continued their services without confirming me.i have not used their internet from last 5 months.i have discontinued their services because of improper speed,internet glitches,improper customer care services,etc..Now they are asking me for NOC which they dont mention it before.They want to settle it down otherwise they will continue sending me bills. I do not want to pay any bill for which i have not used internet. Now i even want my 500rs refundable from tikona. I advice u all not to go for tikona broadband as it is really pathetic..
