Tikona private limited — Refund not given after suspending connection
I had purchased tikona care broadband plan FMC 599 on 11th december 2010 (activation date) and given cheque of 1213/- Rs in advance. Plan details like i get 2mbps speed till 4GB and after consuming 4GB my connection downgrade to 256kbps speed. But after activation i never got quoted 2 mbps speed before 4GB consumption (usually getting speed around 128kbps) and lodge so many complains to tikona, still no re-solution. Even at the time of installation, engineer used already used (faltu quality) antenna, modem and wire.After so many complains, finally i suspended my account on 14th Dec 2010 and ask for refund. Their CC guy told me tikona business team call me after 7 days and i will get refund cheque after 1 month. But till date i haven't got any call from tikona and no response of mails. Please do needful on this matter.
