Tikona Digital Networks — No installation and no refund!!!! Horrible Customer service!
There are a list of problem that I faced since I applied for the Tikona Wi-Fi network. It is like one of the biggest mistake of my life to choose Tikona as my internet service provider.Problem 1: Connection not installed at place
Problem 2: No one care to reply on e-mail send to '[protected]@tikona.in'
Problem 3: Paid an amount of Rs 1050 but got the receipt of Rs 1000, when informed via call no satisfactory reply
Problem 4: Even nodal office don't reply on e-mail.
Problem 5: Give complaint number every time but no solution

Problem 6: Partial procedure informed to consumer
Problem 7: Refund not received even after 4 month (disconnection request submitted on December 12, 2011

Have called at your useless call centre atleast 50 times!!
If you read the above complaint, you will know that there has been no installation and no user id!.
You guys only belive in templated responses to emails (incldg the one above)...uthaya or chipka diya...kahani khatam!!
