Tikona Digital Service — Highly Dissatisfied with the Service | |||
I had taken Tikona Internet connection just a week back and till today I have been just calling the Customer care number every alternate days for the Poor connectivity and slow internet. Whenever I call the Customer care they promise to get it resolved in another 24 hours. I have Hardly used the internet as it was harldy working since the day I have got a connection. I am demanding a refund of all the money that I have paid to Tikona Broadband for the connection as they have taken 3 months advance plus the connection charges. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please note that I have already sent an E-mail and numerous calls to the call centre. My user ID is [protected].
Also I had on Saturday requested for a refund of my advance money which has been collected for 3 months along with the installation charges.
The call centre has confirmed that the refund and the disconnection team will get in touch with me in 24 hours. From Saturday till today according to my watch its already 24hrs. I don't know what watch Tikona is following.
I am least interested in your services and requested for immediate disconnection and refund of my full amount.

I have still not received any call from your disconnection department. Please contact me on the number mentioned in the above post. You yourself can see the kind of service standards tikona follows as you are just giving assurances but so far nobody has called me from your disconnection department. Please note that do not call me and ask regarding your services and give me unnecessary apologies. If you guys are ready to take on the challenge please give it to me I'm writing that in the next coming months I would face no connection and slowness issues.
