Tikona Digital Service — Poor service and Cheating billing department | |||
Iam Balu from Chennai Mogappair , I was a one of the customer of tikona still september 2010. Due to its poor service and responsibility, i was disconnected. but still iam receiving the bills for the payment. I paid an initial Advance for CB299 Plan charges which is refundable, but still they are not planed to return it. And they also cheating in the bills for charging late payment charges even though we paid before due dates. If we raised a complaint, they simply said they forward the complaint to the concern department they will call us ( iam eargly waiting for the past 5 months for the call).
