[Resolved]  Tikona Digital Service — Tikona not processing refund

Hi, I was using tikona service with 6 month advance payment plan including static IP. Due to disconnection of service issues i called your technical person. He visited my site and told me "You tower is not coming in range due to new constructions between my dp and you tower" So he advised me to Raise cancellation request and assured me they will process remaining refund. Thought it is only 1 month i used service after renewing it. There is 5 month payment which needs to be refund by tikona. I already submitted CPE receipt and completed my process. User Id: [protected] request id for your reference is "1-[protected]". Still did not receive any response from your team. What a poor service and good way to collect money from customers without providing service... Revert back on my registered email or phone details in tikona account...

Finally, after complaining here with the proof, i got my cheque... Without this, i dint think they gonna refund my money...

Thanks for the response, After complaining here, we also visited local tikona office for the same.
Result of this action is now tikona saying they will process refund and we got mail from them.
Mail From Tikona:

" Dear Mr. Patoliya,
Greetings from Tikona.
This is with reference to your refund request.
As per our conversation on October 9, 2013, please note the following:
· We hereby confirm that services for your Account ID ([protected]) have been terminated.
· Full and final settlement has been concluded, the refund of Rs. 3249/- is applicable for your account.
· The refund cheque of Rs. 3249/- has been processed and it will be delivered within 15-20 working days at your premises."

Let see when we get the cheque since 13 days all ready passed.
Will update soon when i get it...
Got the cheque today...
Worst company to get refund as seen...
