I had activated ECS facility for Tikona on my Bank Account. However, Tikona didnt activated the ECS for 2 months and i had to pay late payment charges for not paying the bill on time as i was expecting direct ECS clearance. When i called the customer care to enquire about the ECS, they said that Tikona has not yet started the ECS facility on their consumers account. As soon as the services start, they will inform.
The very next month, i was surprised to see that my bank has charged me 500 rupees for ECS failure due to insufficient funds. This ECS was for Tikona. I called the customer service and asked them about it, they persisted that ECS is not yet active for any of their consumers. When i showed them the proof of ECS failure and bank charges they said that i must complaint about this to the nodal.[protected]@tikona.in.
I did complaint about this to nodal.[protected]@tikona.in but no one responded. I asked them to disconnect my lines forever as tikona is a cheat. What tikona did after this is even bigger scam. They went into my bank account again and got the ECS clearance for my upcoming bill. Both ECS were on different dates. Which means that Tikona has unlawfully taken 2 dates clearance on my bank account. Now i have paid 3 months bill to Tikona and bank charges of 500 too.
