Tikona — Disconnection Request

Dear Sir,

We have taken tikona service.
But as we are not satisfied with we wanted to discontinue it.
But strange there is no way where we can apply for disconnection.
As they dont have physical office for the same, niether do there website has this
option.
So we called customer care for the same.
They informed us to send mail to [protected]@tikona.in
which we did on 3 sep.

Dear Sir,

I want to disconnect the service from 5 Sep 2012.
Please send me my bill on this number.

After 5 sep 2012, I will not pay a single rupees for your service.

Please kindly do favorable action regarding this.

till date we got no response from them.
From 3 Sep we are not using its service, but till we are getting bills and calls from tikona.
Please help us.
