Tikona — Harassment for Bill Payment | |||
SIYARAM VISHWAKARMA USER ID : [protected] I have discontinued the services of Tikona Digital Network & returned the equipment on 21st October 2012, CPE Removal Letter No. 1410. Still i am getting Bill Payment Request since the last two Months. Even after repeatedly talking with the Customer Care representatives i am being called again & again to pay the bill amount. Just day before yesterday I got a call from some lawyer and he advise me to pay the bill otherwise he has been asked to file a case on me.
We can easily fight with Tikona people as we have so many mails and evidence like receipts and all. But then that time we should have time to do this.
If you will get notice, you should also give notice and ask them to meet in court.
