Tikona — Harresment by Tikona even after disconnection of service in name of non-payment of bill | |||
Hi, I had a Tikona broad-band with me. But it services was very poor(not able to my office works due to it) so i disconnected it on (18-July-2012) and not paid the remaining amount as i had given a advance money equal to 1month of charge. But they are continuing charging me the bill till now. And are calling every alternate day and asking for payment and asking details why disconnected and telling that i am using the services. It kind of harresment getting a call for poor service and explaining him always that i have disconnected the service and reason for the same. -Bhavesh Was this information helpful? | |||

The main objective of the portral is mentiotion below
i) With an objective of speedy redressal, fast access and effective monitoring of grievances, DoT has implemented an integrated application system; based on Web technology (CPGRAMS) which primarily aims at submission of grievances by the Citizens from anywhere and any time (24 x 7) basis for instant and easy communication between DoT & Citizens.
ii) The system facilitates generation o[censored]nique registration number upon the online submission of grievances from aggrieved citizens (to DoT) through internet using any Browser Interface.
iii) The system provides the online facility to the citizen to monitor the progress of redressal process in respect of the grievance lodged by him.
