I have taken a connection on 14 Oct, 2010, and i have choosen a plan (AOL 5000) speed 256 kbps with unlimited download. But i am getting only 132 bytes/ sec spped. most of times it is displaying "Limited and no Connectivity". i had called in customer care 250 times in only 14 days. but no one listen my problem. they have only one answer " Sir i have taken your companint and the concerned department will solve your problem." but till yet no one had been visited my home. the problem is still as is it.
I already request to disconnect my connection due to bad services and return my money,
but no one is listining.
i had deposited the 5515 Rs for this connection for the whole one year. in this plan if you pay for 10 month you will get the internet for 12 months.
but as per the bill i am only eligible for 11 month of the internet.
they are not returning my money.
Tikona is a very fraud company.
tikona services is very bad.
i have given a lot of complaint but they have resloved it by their own.
