[Resolved] Tikona — Stop Calling For Disconnected Connection | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have given a cheque of Rs 1102/- on 2nd of June to install Tikona Broad-band Services and plan is 499/- per month. On 8th of June they installed It and they have given user name & Password i,e [protected], On June 29th I called your customer care and told to Disconnect the net due to some connectivity problem, And One of the call centre Executive told me to sent a mail regarding the Disconnection of services i did the same, But on July 23th I received a bill of Rs:-650/- again I called the customer care and told them to disconnect the connection and they told me to send a mail again, I also shouted regarding this issue, I didn't use the connection after giving complaints, So One of your Executive came to my house on 29th july and taken all the devices after a gap of 2-3 days I started receiving phone call & Messages from this no :[protected] saying that "Your Tikona WI-Bro service bill of Rs.256 is overdue and pay it immediately" Daily they are calling me and they are also unable to answer my questions they will cut a call and another person calls me daily it became routine.. Again i have given a calls at-least 3-4 times call center regarding this issue they know only two words" Sorry for Inconvenience" & "Please stay on hold"One of your executive told me that the connection is not disconnected yet and told me to send a mail again.. Am I looking like a fool to you tikona, Are you playing games with me ?? Please stop calling me and giving message this is the last & final warning.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I requested you to disconnect my Tikona Broadband Connection A/c No:- [protected] Long back i, e on 29th of june itself, Till 23rd July No service engineer has come to my house & Disconnect the net on Repeated Phone call and mails too, On 23rd of july I called your customer-care & Even argued with at-least 3-4 person to Disconnect the net even-though they are rude in giving reply to me, Again on 25th or 26th one of your service engineer has come to my house and Disconnected the net and taken all the devices which belongs to Tikona Broadband, Now the problem is every-month I'm getting a bill from your tikona adding Rs:-80/- per month with a previous balance of Rs 800/- Again if i contact your call center regarding this, They are unable to answer my question & They behave very rudely, One Executive says that you have to pay only 200/- on that entire bill, Another says you have to make the whole payment, Another one says that no need to pay any amount, I already given a cheque of Rs 1102/- on june 3 only, I ask you people Why should i pay Rs 900/- after giving a cheque & that too I have requested you to Disconnect the net ? Am I responsible for that 1 month period your service engineer has not come to my house even after complaining ? Are you people trying to fool me in billing for Disconnected net ? I'm going to take this matter seriously if it got repeated again

your customer care is very poor service. I called the customer care for disconnection past 1 month.but they gave some unlogical excuses that we cant do anything about this matter.or call after some time our excecutive officer is busy right now.i have been trying to get rid of this connection but their customer care don't even bother to even reply back. I was trying to reach service agents/provider Mr.keshav jha no. [protected], he all stopped responding to my calls.he is not lift the phone and no responce. Please disconnect your service take all the devices or tell me the procedure to disconnect your service as soon as possible..
I also called your customer care and told to Disconnect the net due to your transparecy in plans problem, , m having your Rs. 499 plan but you send me the fake bill. i didnt use the net but your bill saying that m using it 14 GB. Please disconnect your service. it is the worst broadband plan i have ever had .please stop calling me and giving message this is the last & final warning..
