Tikona — connection issue

Hi Team .
This is Amit Kumar from Ghaziabad having a tikona wi-Bro connection with user id [protected].
I raised a ticket on 3rd dec 2011 that i am not able to connect to tikona service.

This been 6 days the issue is not resolved.
Although 3 of the engineers visited the site but not a proper solution.
I have been trying to connect to tikona care and what I am getting is only misbehaviours and assurances.

Amongst the misbehaves are the hanging up the phones and not not giving the ticket status.
The ticket diary is not getting updated and all the times they are treating like this is the first time I am calling for this ticket.
One time i got to know that the issue is closed without informing me also.

Pleaes have the details and have a verification at your end and get the culprits behind the bars.
