Tikona Internet Connection — I want to change my internet plan

Hi,
My name is vivekand i have tikona internet connection.By mistake one of tikona vendor submitted wrong plan for me.
Now i want to convert my plan from lower speed to high speed.I gave them 600 advance for that.But they says that you have to call in our cutomer care services [protected] and then press '2',I did it more tahn 200 time.But no one replies in that it simply says that 'All tikona care officers are attending to other call',It seems fake number.Even i email them 3 times but so far they didn't reply.please do something.
