[Resolved] Tikona Internet Services — low bandwidth | |||
My ID is [protected] I am not getting the speed as per my plan.I have bought Rs 849.00 plan to get good speed and as was told that you will get 2MBPS till 9 GB of data download and after that ill get 512 kbps flat speed but my speed fluctuates between 20-50 kbps. I have called their customer care many times either they say your issue will get resolved within few hours or they disconnect my call.I seems that they are making fools of their customer by promising and not living upto that promise Moreover their speed test are just a delusion ,Speed test says my speed is 2000kbps and in reality my speed comes around 30-50 kbps.
