[Resolved] Tikona — Low Speed and low signal Strength | |||
Hi, I am facing issues with Tikona Digital Network Broadband.I have taken a boadband connection of 1Mbps.It worked fine for one month and after that at night from round about 7:00Pm the speed drops down to as low as 100kbps till I have no clue when it get up. This is horrible.N no of complains has been raised but with no resolution.The complains are being closed at random without the consent of the client. And on top of that there is no waiver of fees as they are not providing you the promised service.This is brad daylight robberyHope to get some help from here.Hope people read it and stay away from these guys.
