[Resolved] Tikona — billing and installation issues | |||
I got the connection on 24-aug-2011(Billing Account Number:[protected] but installation not completed due to technician did have that much knowledge to resolve the problem. The Installation completed on 26-aug-2011 after following continuously two day. After installation I observed internet speed is low. I communicated to sales person and customer care center; the technician came to me at 8 pm (in night) and shifted the device location. But I did get the speed. And technician told me that “today it’s not possible I will come tomorrow and solve the problem” and he went. Next day, I communicated to the technician to come and resolve the problem. Technician said in [censored]ole Nagar device is not capturing the signal, wait for two day Tikona has installing the new tower near to the [censored]ole nagar, after completing the installation you will get the proper speed. After two day I communicated to technician, he did not pick my call, then I communicated to sales person he given me office no which in wanwadi area. I communicated to the wanwadi office, they said me the problem is “the corporator is allowing us to inter in sangvi area; we have some problems with corporator so we can’t resolve your problem now. Then I communicated to customer care to disconnect the service. On 19-sep-2010, I received the first bill as below. Recurring charges 192.9 Usage charges 108.39 Installations Fees 500.00 Taxes 82.53 Deposits 300.00 [protected][protected]----- Total 1183.82 In above bill tikona has added following charges 1. one time charges are 500 (Installation is done properly then also I have to pay these charges) 2. Deposits 300. (I discontinuing your service then why should I give deposits) If I remove the above charges the amount will be 383.82 that much I used, in this usage also most of the to connect and disconnect the modem and trials, I many time told to customer care center that I ready to pay Rs 383.82 but they said that system is not allowing, but they are agreeing my above points.
