[Resolved] Tikona — No installation done - only promised at the earliest | |||
I applied for tikona broad band wireless services on the 28th feb, 2010, i was promised installation in 48 hours, nothing happened, i only have complaint nos. to show, i also wrote to the nodal zonal officer of tikona, there too only promise was at the earliest. Now its more than a month they have taken the application fee and t here is no installation provided nor is company given any feed back. All the customer service says we will get back to you at the earliest. Or we have informed the relevant department. I wish to cancel the connection and now make sure they pay for harassing us. ther a tikon person he took the money from me ther was no installation done and now they are charging me for the same very bad service i have ever got in my life iam annoyed if any one from tikon read this plz call me on my number [protected]
