Tikona — CHEQUE ISSUE | |||
i m the internet holder of tikona care from last 3 months, i m facing always problem of check issue i m giving check mostla on 31 to 2 date of every month but billing department is not working properly and calling that you have not paid a bill and always my check is clearing on 13 to 15 of the months. same way last dec end 31 i have paid a cheque no 337716 of 686 Rs but their billing department has not cleared till now and saying that it is not reflecting on there computer, my net is disconnected from last thursday i.e 3rd of feb 2011and the cheque is debited from my account on 15th of january and they are saying that it has not showing till now system and they need my account status scanned copied to mail why they are not asking to bill department that this issue why should i face. This months i got a bill of above 1300 when i discuss in tikona care they are not responding my call properly and saying to pay all 1300 Rs of bill amount then only i will get net connected again instead of one month.
