DEAR SIR/MAM, I AM A SUFFERER OF GREAT CHEAT BY TIKONA BROADBAND SERVICE IN VISAKHAPATNAM(A.P.)I HAD TAKEN TIKONA BROADBAND CONNECTION ON 29 APR 2012 AND THAT TIME I INFORMED TIKONA REP THAT I WILL BE SHIFTING IN 3-4 MONTHS,REP TOLD ME SIR NO PROBLEM IF CONNECTIVITY WILL BE THERE THEN WE WILL PROVIDE U THE SERVICE IN THAT AREA OTHERWISE WE WILL REFUND YOUR BALANCE AMOUNT(MY TIKONA ID IS [protected],I PAID 3300/- Rs as COMPLETE ADVANCE FOR 20 MONTHS)I SHIFTED TO NEW ADDRESS ON 28 SEP 2012 AND GIVEN THE SHIFTING OF CONNECTION REQUEST,THEY ACCEPTED MY REQUEST ON 12 OCT 2012.AFTER 20 DAYS THEY INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS NO CONNECTIVITY IN NEW AREA SO WE CAN NOT PROVIDE U THE SERVICE THERE.THEY HAD TAKEN ALL THE ACCESSORIES AND MODEM FROM ME AND TOLD ME THE REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU WITHIN 3 MONTHS BY REFUND DEPARTMENT AFTER CLOSING OF YOUR ACCOUNT.IN FEB I ASKED FOR REFUND THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE IN YOUR CASE AS IT WAS THE BILL FREE PLAN THEN I TOLD THEM THAT UR REP ONLY TOLD ME REFUND WILL BE THERE,THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL INQUIRE ABOUT THIS.AFTER ONE MONTH AGAIN I ASKED FOR THE SAME REFUND THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL NOT GIVE ANY REFUND AND THE COMPANY REP WHO MADE PROMISE WITH ME IS FIRED BY THE COMPANY.NOW COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY MAIL OR CALL.NOW WHAT I SHOULD DO.
