[Resolved] Tikona — Not letting surrender | |||
Hi, I am using tikona broadband connection for 2 months and now i have to go out of town for 1 month so i wanted to surrender the connection for that time period, So i don't have to pay the bill for that period. I talked to Customer care they said make a payment of 111 as a fee for surrendering and surrender the connection. I made the payment and now they are saying that i can not surrender as it is company policy not to surrender before 3 months. Now i have to pay for the period even if i am not using. This is completely wrong when i am paying a fee to surrender they won't let me surrender. Tikona id - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
