[Resolved] Tikona — Incorrect Billing | |||
I had applied for ADUNLTD699 unlimited usage plan, for which the charges are Rs.699 per month. As per this plan, the download speed is 512kbps and i am to get 9000 MB fair usage i.e. after 9000 MB download, my download speed will fluctuate. I was to pay Rs.1,322 which included installation charges (Rs.500) + Plan Charges (Rs.699) + service tax. here is the link for their tariff plans http://www.tikona.in/for-homes-wireless-broadband-tariff-plans-Pune The broadband activation date on the bill is mentioned as 16th December 2011 and yet the first bill that i have received is dated from 13th December to 25th December 2011. I paid Rs. 1500 in cash, to round up the amount as the sales person assured me that the excess amount will be adjusted in future bills. I have a receipt for this. On the 26th December 2011, I received my first bill which charges me Rs. 699 for the usage plan that I had applied for and then again charges me Rs.233 for the same plan. The bill also shows my total usage as 320 Mb and states that 309 Mb is free usage while the remaining 11 Mb is chargeable. I had applied for Unlimited Usage plan, hence I shouldn't be charged for any of the usage. Moreover, the total billed amount is show as Rs.1554 meaning i have to pay Rs.54 more. Whenever I call Tikona Care for billing inquiry, my call is redirected to the Technical Dept. which states that they cannot help me as the issue is regarding billing. But I am NEVER directed to the concerned dept. and thus my problem regarding billing is never resolved. I can scan and send the copies of the payment receipt, current bill as well as all the e-mail correspondence so far in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||
