I AM NEW COSTUMER OF THIS NETWORK .I AM UNABLE TO USE MY INTERNET SERVICE BECAUSE MY CONNECTION ALWAYS USE ANOTHER PERSON WHO ALREADY SEE THE ALL SETTING OF MY NET CONNECTION.
I CHANGED MY PASSWORD BUT INVAIN.

Tikona is the cheater and fraud company. If you have any issue go to the site www.pgportal.gov.in. This site is run by Department of Telecommunication (DOT). DOT provides licences to the ISP to start the bussiness. Log your complaint in this site.

iii) The system provides the online facility to the citizen to monitor the progress of redressal process in respect of the grievance lodged by him.
