[Resolved] Tikona — Network problem & slow speed | |||
Hi team, I am a user of Tikona digital network for 4 months. I have applicant for the connection in August 2010 & got the connection in November 2010. The installation was done on 28th November 2010. The following next date I was facing problem in using the internet. I have given the complaint to customer care. The compliant no was 1-[protected] and given a multiple complaints. I have not got any proper solution on the complaint. The service which was give was not proper on the customer care. I have got multiple of call from customer care to make the bill payment. The agents on the customer care were rude on the call and forces to make the bill payment. I have drop a mail to Tikona for the issue. I have got 4-5 times the engineer at my place the solutions provide was not perfect. Finally I have disconnected the connection. Last week I have got a call from the engineer to make the bill payment at around 1PM midnight. Please can you take an action under the complaint? I have given screenshot of some complaints number.
