Tikona — Transparency in Plan | |||
I have taken tikona Braodband , taken 1399 1MBPS Unlimited Downloading plan, after 10 days or more it started giving far less than 1mbps about 200-300 kbps. On asking them they told us that you cant download more than 12GB in a month . Then why they had said its unlimited plan and their customer care service is very pathetic . seriously it is the worst broadband service experience i have ever had in my life..your customer service is totally poor.i called customer care 100 of times. but they stay always busy.whats going on.. I was trying to reach service agents/provider, they all stopped responding to my calls.your broadband service is not properly working its the worst customer service its taking a long time to get connected. i have taken tikona broadband 499 plan. they sending me bill that i had used 14GB. but seriously i had never download anything. pls sourtout this problem as soon as possible..
