[Resolved]  Tikona — Referral bonus fraud and bad management

Hi Everyone, Its really very tedious to get a simple referal bonus. If i have forwarded the detail from internet then what is the issue with Tikona process, why these people cannot maintain referal record. They never give referal bonus. I raised complaint so many times but each time they keep asking stupid question for confirming my referal. When i have already provided details on internet then why they ask for confirmation again. This shows nothing but just a way of disturbing their customer so that they stop asking referal bonus and they get rid of providing referal bonus. I forwarded one friend, But i did not get referal bonus till three moths. Then i called customer care and talked to Rakshanda- She gave me another number: 1-[protected] and confirmed that Referal bonus will be given in next billing. request raised on 28-Aug-2013. If there would by any issue then they will call me. But i did not received any calll nor any referal bonus. I again call customer care and they ask me to confirm all the details of referal. When i have already refered from website and given my user id at that time, then what is the issue in connecting that user id with referal details. Even while refering they ask stupid questions like 1) what is the referal user id. (Now isnt it obvevious why would i ask them what user id is allocated to you?) 2) They ask me what is the name of the person. ( In one house many people live. If one person X take advice from me for internet connection and i told him tikona is ok and refered his name in website on his permission. But due to some person reason the x person took connection with name of his brother i.e. Y. Now my all details given in referal are absolutely correct, only name did not match due to this reason. Now would i realy need to ask him that by which name you get the connection? Isnt my other confirmed details are enough?) 3) Why tikona website cannot store my referal details and whenever connection is establish with the refered one, then simply link that user id with my user id. This way they dont need to ask so many confirmation questions and neither customer will tolerate anything nor Tikona people will get confused with referal confirmation. I sent the email again to customer care and they given another request number 1-[protected] but no resolution. So tired of keep applying.Actualy tikona is just doing a fraud by not giving referal bonus, or creating so many trouble to the customer that customer himselve wont ask for referal bonus ever. They keep try to find one or the other way to reject he referal bonus. This is so disturbing that i wont like to refer or advice anyone further. I dont trust Tikona anymore. Regards, Ajay [protected]

The customer care executive called me and explained me that whatever information i have submitted on website for referal actually not saved with them. They dont have any track from website whether i have refered someone or not. But as i have all the details of that customer, and i confirmed that i have refered him with proof, so then they provided the bonus. My question here is that why they dont provide the bonus by themselve once the person forward another person. Why we have to prove every time that we have refered that person. This incident happens with me second time. I am not satisfied with this service of tikona. They should improve their process and should start giving bonus once someone fill detail on their website. My issue is resolved, but their process is still not corrected.

I get one call from tikona guy, they ask me to refer again from the website. They alwasy give such a rediculous reply, now what do i do, shall i laugh on them or fight with them. I am tired. Realy tired of dealing with such people. If i will forward again from website, then the executive will call to that person, ask for new internet connection, he will say i already have internet connection and then again tikona guys get one more execuse for not giving the bonus.
Actualy the ideal process should be, on the basis of my email where i have explained everything, they can update the information in their system and can give the referal bonus simply. But they dont want to give so they keep try to find reasons for disturbing customer. In this situation, i will never recommend referal for TIkona.
They are not trustable and big liars.
