Tikona Secured Wireless Broadband Service — Broadband speed

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

I took a Wireless Broadband plan 2 Mbs and actually I am getting 20 Kbs. I complained but no improvement. I asked to disconnect and refund my money but they are not returning and send me new bills.

He helped me to rectify my mistake at the same time educating me for the proper usage & doing first aid at the primary level so that I could not face the problem itself.
