[Resolved] Tikona — WRONG COMMITMENT OF INTERNET SPEED | |||
I WAS APPLIED 1 MBPS LEASE LINE. MY TIKONA ACCOUNT MANAGER GIVE THE COMMITEMENT FOR THE SPEED. HE WAS TOLD ME THAT THE SPEED O[censored]R LEASE LINE WILL BE 1:1. MEANS, UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING & FILE TRANSFER RATE WILL BE SAME (1:1). BUT I AM GETTING THE 512 MBPS SPEED & TRANSFER RATE IS 20-50 KBPS. I WAS COMPLAINT FOR IT BEFORE 1 MONTH.
