[Resolved] Tikona — Inactive Refund Process | |||
I paid rs. 500 cheque before 2 months.... after that agent told me that in our area there is no connectivity... so i applied request for refund to customer care of tikona...... then after i forgot all this matter.... but right now after 2 months passed out tikona send me message to pay bill of rs. 109,,,, and in my case i didn't seen demo ever.... instead of refund my money into 45 days..(as customer care give me assurance), they are sending me messages to pay bill.... after submit complaint for this all matter to customer care... they give me request number again and again.....
