[Resolved] Tikona — Threatning call | |||
Hi, I had used Tikona Boradband -id-[protected] for 30 odd days during starting 2012 Jan. I was using Rs 599 pm unlimited plan and I paid Rs1250 for it, which is offcourse more than I used for services and during those 30 odd days there are hardly any days that I haven't faced any issue. So I decided to withdraw the connection and I duly sent the email to Tikona and I received the confirmation from the customer service. Now after several days I am receiving threatening/abusive call from the Number#[protected] asking for due bill which shouldn't be the case.
