I applied for Tikona connection on 21/01/2012. One of their representatives visited me, and collected Rs. 1200.00 for the connection. I got my user id too via email. When I logged into the website, there were two errors. My address and amount were wrong. There was a typo mistake in the address, which changed the whole address, and I paid Rs. 1200.00 to your sales rep., while it showed only Rs. 900.00 vouchers on the site.
Later I found out that your service is not available in my area, and I would receive a refund.
I tried calling the sales representative who never picked up the phone, and since his phone is eternally switched off. I called their call center who asked me to email the scanned copies of receipt and address proof, which I did.
Since then I have sent numerous emails, but neither my address has been corrected, nor I received my refund. Their Delhi office never picks up the phone given on the website. Customer care is useless.
