[Resolved] Tikona — Receiving bills and calls even after closure of account long ago | |||
This is to bring to your kind notice that my Account with tikona was long ago closed. It was a horrifying experience with tikona. Now since the closure of the same, I am still getting the bills and call against the same. I have complaint the same several times to customer care but no action is taken against the same. Nobody from there side has even bothered to collect the instrument even after several reminders. This is really turned into a painful and harrasing instance to me. I hope you would kindly look into the matter and please get it resolved.
