Tikona — Cheating by Tikona | |||
Dear Sir, Sir when I was taking Tikona connection they promised me that they will provide me service within 48 hours and that their product can be used with any device including iphone. But sir they denied this later on and did not provide me service even after calling them daily for ten days that also twice everyday. My user id is [protected]. I got Tikona connection on 26th, July 2011 and on 27th July 2011. I applied for a Wifi router. I didn't received the same even after ten days even after persuading by calling twice every day since then. Then I was also told that you cannot use it with your mobile phone on 5th of August, while I was kept with a different perception as I asked for the same while getting the connection and was replied affirmative. Sir I asked them to refund me my money back including the installation charges as they are neither giving me service nor the facilities and have also caused a lot of harassment to me by draining my energy and time, but they replied me negative. As there was some black out issue of Tikona in my area, their marketing people gave me connection using fraudulent address and email id,
Now even if there is no connectivity in my area they are generating bills and sending their recovery people to my home to collect the same.
Please help me that what should I do to disconnect their service?
