[Resolved]  Tikona Wi-bro — How installation engineer and sales executive missguided me.

Hello,

I am BE Electronics and communication engineer.i applied for new tikona broadband connection.on 1st march,2011 sales executive came whose name was sameer.as per the policy of tikona broadband connection they first gives demo whether the feasibility(availability of network)is available at our home or office.sales executive came ,without checking network availability he told me that feasibily is in your home.he gave me plan option and i selected circuit breaker plan CB499.he took 1102 rupees check and gave me receipt.then he told that tommorrow installtion engineer will come and install tikona broadband.then next day person came to my home for the installation.i was very surprised with his word that first please show your terrace and then i will told you whether i will be able to install tikona broadband in your home.actually there is policy of tikona broadband that "First Demo & Then Pay and then installtion".then that installtion engineer went to terrace and took 30 minutes to tell that there no feasilbility in your home ,actually he didn't check network with his company equipment and was talking with cell number during this 30 minutes nothing else.actually i am DEGREE HOLDER OF THE SAME FILED ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING SO I KNOW VERY WELL THAT COMPANY HAS TO FOLLOW THE STEPS ,RULES AND REGULATIONS AND THEN HE CAN TALK TO CUSTOMER FOR PAYMENT AND INSTALLTION.then he went after spending 30 minutes with the words "there is no feasibility".now they miss behaved with me so whom i told my problem and i wrote to consumer compaints.i think company has no fund enough to spread his business and they cheat almost all customes who are very faithfull on them and collect the money so they can generate interest from this customers money.because there is rule after giving check payment to company they return the check to customer withing 90 days.very shamefull ,disgusting ,painfull moment of my life.actually i was fool that i contected to tikona.



this proves that big companies will loss their status whatever that had achieved in systematic manner in other country because in india majority of persons who have got job in reputed companies like this and other companies have no manner,disgusting and gives pain to customers and other persons.they have no senses and follow the rules of bluddyness.very disgusting........one thing remember that i am also indian so i have idea of society but those indian who are educated are alos being taken lightly and being tried to make fool as i know what the procedure should be followed.as i have idea of the filed (BE EC).

i warn the companies who missguide the customers who faith and co-operate with your company and what this companies give back to customers .

Thanks bro. You saved me from falling into the trap of Tikona wi-bro whom I was planning to contact for the wifi connection at my home. After reading your story, I will never contact them.
