[Resolved] Tikona Wi-bro — Hopeless Customer Care | |||
I had registered for a broadband connection with the newly launched broadband servics company : Tikona Wi-Bro, and I have to admit, the quality of the connection and the quality of their customer care is 3rd grade - very pathetic. 1st it took them 6 days to arrange a connection for me. Post getting the connection, the internet services offered was even shabbier - erratic connectivity, low signal strength and very poor downloading speed. Frustrated, I decided to disconnect my connection - and this is where the hopeless customer care of Tikona Wi-Bro came into picture. My earlier complaint[protected] was made 2 weeks back and I was assured by the Customer care that the request would b processed within 72 hours. However, that did not happen. I was forced to lodge a second complaint[protected] ; the name of executive who attended my call : Ms.Premkumari) and was assured the same 72 hours procedure. It has been ovr 2 weeks now and I am stills stuck with Tikona's hopelessly sad service and even more unprofessional customer care. I am pretty sure that I would not be recommending this service to anyone in the future. I would also request the consumer complaint forum to take necessary action with regards to their service and customer care. Regards, Prateek Saxena.
