Tikona Wi Bro — Pathetic company, fraud sales team and useless customer care | |||
This is regarding the experience I have received from Tikona's Sales person Mr.Swapnil Amre (cell no: [protected]) who had visited my residence on Saturday Sept 3rd 2011 for the order form collection. As per him, if I pay Rs.1000/- cash the installation would take place on Sunday Sept 4th 2011. Also he committed that the drilling work required to pull the cable inside the house, would be carried out by the ISP without any charges. I had paid him the said amount, however there was no one from your company visited for installation on Sunday. Even after making number of calls to follow up with Swapnil, the call was never attended. On Monday Sept 5th, the technician came to install and found there is very weak signal and the device cannot be installed in my window. He was also not equipped with the drilling machine tools that would required to pull the cable inside. He too tried calling Swapnil to talk about his false commitment of free drill work, the calls were not attended. This is very upsetting experience and I would not like to go ahead with Tikona installation. The sales person has given all false talks and never attended a customer after receiving the order. I also got another Sales person's call on Saturday saying the area is not handled by Swapnil and he has poached into his area. That again confirms Swapnil is not doing his job ethically. So far one month is over, and I have not heard anything around this issue from anyone at Tikona. This proves that the organization is not serious towards the customers but wants to make money through such a fraud employees. Also I had registered a complaint with Tikona (ID - 1-[protected]) to receive the refund of my initial payment (Rs.1000/-) immediately from Tikona. I had also sent email in this regard through the customer login portal of Tikona. However, there is no reply so far. When checked with the customer care, all the replies given are of no use. They dont even understand the concern of the customer. Like a parrot they are just repeating the same lines. When asked to transfer the line to the higher authorities, it is not done. The email sent to the NODAL officer, mumbai is not even replied for more than a month. I am frustrated with this company and not understanding how to get my money back. According to the customer care, the cheque is in process and it would take another 30 days to reach me (effectively 60 days from the complaint date). Its like Tikona is taking the customers for granted and keeping all fraud employees to collect customer's money without providing any service.
