Tikona Wibro — No Refund | |||
I had applied for a Tikona Broadband service at Marine Drive. They took a deposit for installation. The installation was never done as there was no network.Was never given a userid nor password. This was in the month of June'2010. I am still running from pillar to post for refund. Over and above that I receive calls any given day at anytime for payment dues outstanding. Tikona wi-bro — No Installation and no refund
Hi,I planned to install Tikona Wi-Bro at my residence in Koper khairne Navi Mumbai and gave the cheque of Rs 500/- towards deposit however no one turned up for installing the software and now they are not ready to give the refund as well. I was in contact with Mr Ajit Singh and he doesnt respond whenever I try to call him. He also disconnects as soon as he comes to know it's me if I call from some other number. This is a big chor company and I would not recommend this to anyone. Ajit's number is [protected] and if anybody of you are able to contact him, request you to ask him to contact me immediately. It's not a matter of Rs 500 but about the ethics of a company who boasts about providing great customer experience.
