[Resolved] Tikona Wibro Service — Demanding more money and mental harrassement | |||
I was the customer of Tikona Wi-Bro Service, service id is [protected]. I requested to disconnect my service 2 years ago and I got request id from tikona person and then your person collected whole kit including router from my house. At that time 1824 Rs. bill is not paid by me so I got a call from your side to pay 2936(31st jan,13) with penalty and I immediately paid that amount via debit card (Tran. Id = [protected] TPC[protected]. Although I got a call from Tikona Person to pay more 999 Rs and they said that your service is still activated. But as I mentioned above we sent request to disconnect my service two years ago and as well tikona kit has been collected by you so there is no way to use your service. and i got calls from third party to pay extra 999 rs on daily basis. plz help me to overcome from this problem otherwise i have to take legal steps about mental harassment.
