[Resolved] Tikona Wifi — Low Signal strength | |||
Dear Friends, Those who are planning to take a new Internet connection,Please read this issue here.I am using Tikona Broadband connection since last 2 months and I contacted the customer care around 30 times regarding the same signal strength issue.Nothing is systematic ther with them.Even though you want to make payment there are so many problems.Not even a single person is able to understand your problem there. Better you dont face the same problem. The waste connection i have ever seen. I will rate 2/10. They will roam around you to give you connection but after giving it they won't ever solve your issue unless you threat them to disconncet. I had taken TIKONA WiFi on the 20/07/2010. Till date i have not used the services and facing a lot of problems. Also received the bill for inspite of not using the servies. Also having talked to nodal officer (MUMBAI) the problem is not sorted...
