[Resolved] Tikona — Worst experience with TIKONA broadband. Nobody should take it. | |||
hi, I am highly harassed, frustated and helpless client of tikona broadband. From my personal experience would recommend that nobody should take this broadband connection as it is the worst network connection I have ever experienced. I am a software engineer. I m not physically fit to commute to my office so have taken 'work from home' from my office. So, I took prepaid network connection for 3000/- appx. and 6 months duration. My customer ID was - [protected] Within few days I realised that its getting disconnected every now and then and impacting my work so badly. I called up their technical support for resolution. They end up with basic connection checking (like power off your system and then power on. Power the network adaptor and then power on) and said that it seems to be a connectivity issue and will raise a request from their end. After few more calls from my end they said they will be sending a technial guy to look into the issue. Some stupid and dumb technical persons came at my place with no knowledge of what is the problem. They saw the machine and connection box and said don't know what is the problem and may be its a radio signals problem. After few days of continuous problems, I asked them to close the connection and money back. They said within 3 days it will be done. After two days, someone from their side called us and said please wait for another day. The problem is resolved at their end and now there will be no issue. I waited for another day with no luck. Still their was problem as soon as their was power cut. Another few days I kept calling them to resolve else to close the connection. Every time I got a new reply and irritating reasons for network problem : -It seems to be a network issue from their end. -It seems their is no battery backup at access point. -It seems there is some problem in Device at my home. -It seems somebody has stolen the battery from access point. I am highly frustated with their services. My office work is highly hampered due to their interrupted network. Because of this my productivity in office is drastically lowered. I am mentally harassed and I want them to pay for all this. I want my whole money back as a compensation. Please help!!!! Regards Manisha Singh Was this information helpful? | |||
